When I submitted my ticket, they said that they’ll reply me within 24 hours yet it has been more then a day and they haven’t reply me yet.

I’ve lost hundreds of dollars this year alone and I don’t want to lose anything anymore. I’m now officially broke if eCardOne do not send me back my money.

I’ve tried calling them yet the machine is the one who picked up the phone. I left a message yesterday, I don’t know if they received my message or not.

I was looking for EuroGoldCash to LibertyReserve exchanger and I found eCardOne, an exchanger which a friend from Goldage referred me to. It has the lowest fee compared to other exchanger.

Yet, I’m having a problem exchanging my money through their system as there was a problem with the API. Since I was exchanging around 6PM, I couldn’t contact them as office hour has ended. So, I e-mailed them and now waiting for them to reply me back.

I hope that my money is safe and I’ll be receiving them by tomorrow. I’ll post the update later
